As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and experienced group facilitator, Julie combines co-active coaching skills with unique problem-solving tools honed through 20 years in the creative services industry.

Entwined with her coaching practice, Julie is a Group Chair for Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization. As a Group Chair, Julie facilitates monthly group meetings and serves as a coach to each group member.

Julie is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Chicago Coach Federation (CCF).

Julie earned leadership certification from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Co-Active Leadership Program. She was invited back to assist the yearlong program in 2009. Julie currently serves as the Chicago Ambassador for CTI.

Julie established her coaching practice as Hot Coffee Coaching because of the resonance it has as a metaphor for helping clients wake up to a life that—like a good cup of coffee—is strong and satisfying.
