There is a difference between success that happens because of our behavior, success that happens by luck, and success that happens in spite of our behavior. Through an interactive exercise, participants will have the opportunity to identify their own leadership habits and learn techniques for changing self-limiting habits into self-empowering successes.

This interactive workshop is for individuals who want to learn how to attract & identify the right resources for creating optimal relationships. Through the use of a unique communication model, participants learn how to be conscious in choosing how they communicate and with whom. Relating the model to familiar archetypes and popular culture icons, from American Idol to The Wizard of Oz, participants leave with a common & accessible language to share with the people who matter most in their lives.

Adapted at the request of the Alchemy Foundation for Children & Families, New Jersey, this workshop draws on the principles from the “Champion” workshop and adapts them specifically for parents. Workshop participants leave with a common language that can be easily shared with children to better serve their needs and aid in their personal development.

In this hands–on creative workshop, participants use the iconic sock monkey as a structure to deepen their learning and get into action with movement, art and storytelling. Participants leave with a new sense of empowerment over their self–limiting beliefs and a personalized 12” sock monkey!
